Bandai’s kit lets you design cute stationery like a Japanese schoolgirl
The video above is a demonstration of Bandai’s do-it-yourself eraser creation kit. Although the designs are highly feminine, the eight-bit style would be a great alternative for boys (what boy wouldn’t want a Mario-shaped eraser?).
Regardless, the steps seem rather simple - choose your template and place the tiny eraser sticks into the stand, spread some water on the top, microwave for one minute then stick it in water for 10 seconds. Instant custom eraser.
The second video demonstrates the pencil decoration kit. Using the stand, simply attach the tape and twist it around the pencil. You can decorate with sticker before putting on the final glossy seal and top it off with a jewel.
This kit seems to have been around for a few years, but you certainly can’t beat the ability to make your own stationery concoctions.
